Co-founder & Head of Post-Production
For nearly 15 years, Przemek has been a creative and technical force partnering with leading agencies like McCann, Havas, Wavemaker, Liganova Mash!, FleishmanHillard, ENGINE, Landor, KEKO, and others. His expertise lies in defining a brand's identity through modern visuals, bridging the gap from ambitious concept to flawless execution for clients such as Porsche, BMW, Bentley, Amazon Prime Video, Ericsson, and others.
A hands-on, solution-oriented leader, Przemek excels at solving high-stakes post-production challenges, from complex asset recovery to architecting international remote workflows. He is also at the forefront of developing new generative AI methodologies, pioneering workflows that strategically integrate new technology with traditional craft. At Crop Factor, Przemek leads all post-production and serves as Executive Producer on our end-to-end projects. He is also available to partner directly with agencies as a Lead Video Editor or to oversee their post-production process.

İçim is an international producer with a 360-degree understanding of filmmaking, honed over a decade on sets across the globe. Her journey began on the ground as a camera assistant and focus puller, giving her an invaluable, hands-on perspective that ensures every production runs with precision. She has been on set for campaigns in over 10 countries, bringing her production expertise to world-renowned brands like Mercedes, BMW, Nike, Redbull, and Vogue Türkiye across the automotive, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
As Crop Factor's Production Director, she is the operational powerhouse who transforms ambitious concepts into flawlessly executed realities. Known for her calm leadership and for creating a supportive on-set environment, she is highly regarded for the exceptional care she takes of her crews and talent. İçim is also available for freelance hire as a dedicated Producer and Production Director for projects requiring meticulous, expert oversight.
