Co-founder & Head of Post-Production

With nearly 15 years in the industry, Przemek bridges the gap between ambitious creative concepts and grounded technical execution. He has spent his career partnering with top creative teams at agencies including McCann, Omnicom, Havas, Wavemaker, MediaCom, ENGINE, Trailer Park, KEKO, Liganova Mash, We Are Friday, and Unorthodox. His portfolio includes campaigns and communication work for BMW M, Bowers & Wilkins, Porsche, Ericsson, and the United Nations.

To offer the flexibility the industry requires, Przemek operates in two specific ways.

When a brief requires targeted support, he integrates directly into creative teams as a freelance Lead Video Editor or Head of Post-Production. He builds specific workflows for complex needs and handles the craft itself. This covers offline and online assembly, colour grading, sound design, and versioning. The output scales from rapid pitch videos and concept films right through to mood reels and final broadcast delivery, including Clearcast clearance.

For full campaigns, he acts as Executive Producer. He understands the commercial standards expected by UK and US brands and guides the creative vision on end-to-end projects.

His approach to creative technology is highly practical. He is currently building the next generation of creative tech into traditional post-production pipelines. His foundation sits in Premiere Pro alongside After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. Over the past year, he has developed his own Generative AI workflow operating primarily within the Gemini ecosystem (Nano Banana, Imagen, VEO). He will also fold in Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, or other models if a brief requires a specific visual finish.

İçim is a producer with a deeply practical approach to filmmaking. Starting her career in the camera department as a focus puller, she brings a highly practical perspective to how shoots actually operate. Over the past decade, she has managed campaigns across more than 10 countries, delivering production work for brands including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Nike, Red Bull, and Vogue Türkiye.

As Production Director at Crop Factor, she handles the physical execution of end-to-end campaigns. She is known for her calm leadership and the exceptional care she takes of her talent and crew, creating an environment where premium craft can actually happen. She is also available to integrate directly into creative teams as a freelance Producer or Production Director for projects requiring targeted support.

Her approach to modern production combines traditional rigour with new workflows. She is currently managing the end-to-end production of an AI-integrated TV series, serving as the central link between technical AI specialists and traditional creative departments. By engineering workflows that remove logistical bottlenecks and curating specific digital talent, she ensures ambitious technical projects hit their broadcast milestones.
