Porsche - UK End of Year Campaign

The Reality: The brief was a straightforward model update for Porsche's end-of-year national television campaign. The reality on the ground was slightly different. The original project files, handled by a previous supplier, were gone. We were left with a final flattened video master, a few isolated assets, and a looming broadcast deadline. A simple reversioning job became a forensic rebuild.

The Workflow: Working closely with the agency to source whatever original rushes survived, we rebuilt the campaign from scratch. We reverse-engineered the offline edit to match the pacing of the original spot, threading the new car models into the locked timeline. Because the original audio stems were lost, we dug into Porsche's official database and reconstructed the entire sound design.

Once picture and audio were locked, we handled the technical compliance directly, ensuring the rebuilt spot cleared Clearcast for UK networks. While the TVC was in clearance, we built out a suite of social edits to keep their digital media plan moving.
